Join us for the first women’s indoor triathlon presented by Living Fierce events.
People are often intimidated by the sport of triathlon so we’ve peeled back the layers and made it fun and as competitive as you want it to be!
Step 1: Swim for 10 min in your own lane! Stop and start as much as you need. Just count your laps.
Step 2: Head to the locker room to change. You have 10 minutes to change and meet in the U of A spin studio. No bike required!!
Step 3: Cycle for 20 min. Enjoy the music and camaraderie!
Step 4: Five minute transition. Meet in the Butterdome and get ready to run.
Step 5: Run around the track for 10 min. Count your laps and celebrate a wonderful feat. 🎊
